This is an image of the finished project. You will learn how to create your own tiles using stencils and mixing colours to give a lovely aged effect. It is 15 cm x 20 cm.

We will machine embroider them to add some gorgeous texture.

You will also learn how to make tiles using transfer foil and patterned stencils to add a bit of variety to the background.

Then we will tackle the wild flowers using a soluble and organza technique and really explore machine embroidery.

there will be grasses and tiny flowers as an extra texture and we'll have a go at machine embroidered butterflies to add a bit of colour.

Then finally we will bring the whole thing together with a bit of PVA to hold it all firmly.
